All of our warranties cover any type of damage that can be repaired. If something happens, all you need to do is contact us by emailing customercare@kozakh.com, or by using the chat app on our website, and we'll help you ship your jewelry to our studio for repair by one of our expert jewelers. Shipping is just $5 each way, and our Customer Care team will email you a print-at-home return label, saving you the time and hassle of getting one yourself.
The warranty does not cover anything that can't be repaired, such as lost or stolen jewelry, lost or stolen parts of jewelry, charms and pieces that need to be completely replaced, and jewelry that cannot be restored due to lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Keep your warranty active by cleaning your jewelry when it starts to look dirty! Our Clean Your Jewelry page has easy, at home, step-by-step instructions on how to properly keep your jewelry shining bright for decades.
