KOZAKH “$500 Valentine's Day Gift Card Raffle” Official Rules 

Eligibility: The $500 KOZAKH Gift Card Raffle (the “Raffle”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (or the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older and who have or must create a kozakh.com account (each an “Account”) at the time of entry. Employees and non-employee workers of KOZAKH Incorporated, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and those prize providers and agencies that are involved in the development or execution of this Raffle or any of its materials, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. To enter via the methods described below, you must either have created an account and wishlist on kozakh.com. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Promotion Duration: January 27, 2023 to February 14, 2023.

General Regulations: All federal and local laws apply. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these official rules. All raffle entries are subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The decisions of the organizers are final in all matters relating to this promotion. Any and all applicable taxes on prizes are solely the winner’s responsibility.

How to Enter: There are 4 ways to enter:

  1. Individuals are awarded 1 raffle ticket for every $50 spent on kozakh.com during the promotional period. The last day to earn raffle tickets will be February 14, 2023.
  2. Individuals are awarded 1 ticket for every item added to their wishlist on kozahk.com. The contestant must create an account on kozakh.com and have an active wishlist at the time of the drawing to have their tickets entered in the raffle.
  3. Individuals are awarded 1 ticket for registering a valid email address that is opted in to receiving our marketing emails.
  4. Individuals are awarded 1 ticket for registering a valid phone number that is opted in to  receive our promotional and marketing text messages.

    *Individuals may earn up to 20 tickets combined using either method.

Eligibility and Restrictions: Void where prohibited by law.  Promotion is open to all legal residents of the USA, 18 years and older.  Employees and their immediate family members of KOZAKH Inc. are not eligible.

Prizes: The raffle winner will receive a $500 KOZAKH Gift Card. The gift card can be redeemed towards any purchase on kozakh.com. The Gift Card can only be redeemed by the winning contestant. It cannot be sold or transferred. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes. The Gift Card will expire 60 months after it has been issued. The winner will be notified via email, and the Gift Card will be issued to the winner via email. 

No Liability:  KOZAKH Inc., their agents, employees, distributors, suppliers, organizers, and representatives make no warranties in connection with this promotion to entrants or winners, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or as to the contents contained in any ads.  KOZAKH Inc. will also not be held liable for any consequential damages.
