Our Metals
PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is a cutting-edge process that utilizes a vacuum coating technique to deposit a layer of gold onto high-grade stainless steel. Used by luxury brands like Rolex and Cartier, PVD offers exceptional resistance to tarnishing and discoloration, far outperforming conventional gold-plating, vermeil, and gold filled. Our jewelry gives you both the luxurious look and feel of real gold, along with the durability and hypoallergenic features of stainless steel.

All KOZAKH jewelry is handmade to order. We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, but during sales and the holidays, we may need up to 5 business days to make your pieces before they ship.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Taxes, customs, and import duties are included in the product prices and paid for before the order reaches your country, which ensures you order will not be delayed.

Hassle Free Returns:
Skip the line by using our easy Return Portal to initiate your returns and get your shipping labels.
Returns for refunds are available up to 7 days after delivery. Returns for exchanges or store credits are available up to 14 days after delivery.
*Extended Holiday Returns:
Orders placed from November 15th to December 25th can be returned for store credit or exchanged for up to 30 days.
