Returns

Return Policy - KOZAKH accepts merchandise returns within 7 days of delivery (excluding Custom Orders and Flash Sale Items). Items must be shipped within those 7 days. Exchanges and store credits are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If you choose to return your items for a refund, a $5 fee will be withheld to pay for the return shipping label. The return label fee is waived for Exchanges and Store Credits. Exchanges, store credits, and refunds will be processed after the returned items have been delivered to our office. Please allow 7-10 business days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund.

In our effort to produce sustainably made products and reduce waste, we invest a lot in our reusable packaging. All of our products are made with intention and ethically manufactured, including our pouches and cleaning cloths. The following policy ensures we can maintain these high standards.

Each item must be returned in the same condition you received it, without wear or damage, along with the return receipt & in its original packaging, and must include everything that came inside the box, such as the jewelry pouch, cleaning cloth, promotional cards, etc. A fee will be taken from the refund for any item that is not returned. For example, if the cleaning cloth is not returned, $5 will be withheld from the refund to pay for the cleaning cloth.

If you are only returning part of your order, and the total value of the jewelry you are keeping is $50 or more, you may keep the complimentary items, such as the jewelry cleaning cloth and the jewelry pouch, free of charge.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Orders outside of the US are not eligible for free return shipping.
