KOZAKH accepts merchandise exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery (excluding Custom Orders and Flash Sale Items). Items must be shipped within those 7 days. We can offer you store credit or an exchange of equal value, and will cover the return cost of shipping if you select one of these options. You can also choose to receive a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping ($5). Exchanges, credits, and returns will be issued once we have received the return item. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, without wear or damage, along with the return receipt & in its original packaging.
