Our default shipping method is the United States Postal Service. For all US orders, please allow 1 to 5 business day for us to ship your items. The estimated ship date is noted on each product page below the "Add to Cart" button. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, using a live integration with DHL. Taxes, customs, and import duties are calculated and collected at the time of purchase, which ensures expedited clearance through customs.

All of our jewelry is handmade to order, so please allow 1 to 5 business day for us to ship your items.

*The transit times displayed on our website are estimates generated in real time by the carrier (DHL). DHL Parcel Direct mail service transit times can vary depending on the destination, the number of packages going through DHL's network, and the customs policies in your country. Please expect longer transit times during the holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent into production. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

One Love single charms will be shipped without tracking number.

INCORRECT/INSUFFICIENT ADDDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping/delivery address for his/her order. If the wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided, Kozakh will not refund a customer's purchase or replace the goods. If your address is insufficient and is returned to sender, you will be charged an additional reshipment cost.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES

Kozakh is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to the provider used at checkout: USPS here, UPS here, or DHL here

RETURNS & REFUNDS

*Gift Return Policy - All gifted items are eligible for exchange or a store gift card equal to the amount of the return item for up 30 days after purchase.

KOZAKH accepts merchandise exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery (excluding Custom Orders and Flash Sale Items). Items must be shipped within those 7 days. We can offer you store credit or an exchange of equal value, and will cover the return cost of shipping if you select one of these options.

You can also choose to receive a full refund, minus the cost of return shipping ($5). Exchanges, credits, and returns will be issued once we have received the return item. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, without wear or damage, along with the return receipt & in its original packaging.

INTERNATIONAL RETRUN POLICY DISCLAIMER

Orders outside of the US are not eligible for free return shipping. Return shipping for refunds, exchanges, and store credit is paid for by the customer.
