We believe jewelry should be made to last forever, and that you should be able to wear your favorite pieces everyday without worrying about them getting damaged. That’s why we choose materials that are waterproof, tarnish-proof, hypoallergenic, and won’t lose their color. 

On average, our jewelry is 100x more durable than gold plated jewelry, including vermeil and gold filled. We back this up with our Lifetime Warranty that covers almost everything. If an accident happens, we’ll fix or replace your jewelry for free. You just pay for shipping. So go live your best life and wear your jewelry the whole time!

The few things we don’t cover include:

• Lost or stolen jewelry
• Missing components, like charms and gemstones (which can be replaced for a small fee)
• Jewelry that was not made by KOZAKH
